You get the keys from INTERHOME. Please, follow the instructions on your INTERHOME voucher to receive the keys. 

If you arrive by (rental) car you have two possibilities to park:

1. There is free parking on the street across the apartment building and in the surrounding streets.

2. There is a surveilled underground garage under the building, against payment.

Please, pay attention not to leave the apartment without the keys or not to let the door slam shut! The door can be opened from outside only with a key, not with the door handle!

Tip: do not leave the keys in the key lock. If you step outside and forget the keys in the lock from the inside, the door will have to be broken open by a locksmith and you will be kindly asked to cover the costs.

If the door gets shut and you forget the keys somewhere inside (not in the lock), than please contact INTERHOME about how to receive a new set of keys (this service could be subject to a call-out fee).

The household garbage you can bring to the containers anytime. The household garbage containers are located in the private garage of the residents. Take the elevator to the -1 level and go through the two doors to the left and walk ca. 25 meters towards the garage car door. You will find the garbage containers inside this private garage, next to the garage car door at your right hand side.

The recycling (glass, paper and plastic) containers are located downstairs in the marina, on the level of the boats. Take the first stairs to the boats and from the bottom of the stairs walk straight, direction South, ca. 25 meter. You will find 3 containers at your right hand side for glass, paper and plastic.

The Wi-Fi code is written on the internet router. The router is the black box located under the TV in the living room. The network name and password are written on the side of the right box.

There are ca. 150 international TV channels available. 

To turn on the TV, use the remote control SONY. Turn on the TV with the green power button and push  "TV" or select "TV" in the menu on the TV. You don't need this remote control anymore.

To get the channels, turn on the box with the remote control MEO. Use the red power button. The list of channels you can find by pushing the button "Guia TV". Use the buttons "P+" and "P-" to browse the channels and the "V+" and "V-" to adjust the volume.

To turn on the the air-conditioning in the living room, on the remote control first push the button on the left side, only after can you manage the buttons on the front side of the remote.

The air-conditionings in all 3 rooms work like follows:

To cool: choose the mode "snowflake" and set ca. 18 degrees. This means that the air-conditioning will operate until the room reaches 18 degrees.

To heat: choose the mode "sun" and set ca. 25 degrees. This means that the air-conditioning will operate until the room reaches 25 degrees.

We kindly ask you to use the air-conditioning only with all the doors closed and when you are at home. 

In the living room it can get quite warm in high summer in the afternoon. To help the air-conditioner cool down the room, please roll down the black-out curtains (next to the white hanging contains) for a faster and cooler effect.

Please, note: in the rental price the air-conditioning is included until a reasonable use. In case you use the conditioning irresponsibly (for example you leave it on when you leave the apartment), the costs of the access use could be deducted from your breakage deposit.

There is a travel cot and a high chair free of charge for you to use. The travel cot is ideal for babies under 2 years of age. 

The travel cot is stored (most probably) in he wardrobe in the master bedroom. The mattress is 125 cm x 75cm. Please, bring your own linnen for the cot.  

The high chair is also located in the in the wardrobe in the master bedroom.

After use, please be so kind to fold them up again and put them back in the cupboard. Thank you very much!

Bedlinnen and towels are provided by Interhome.

Pool towels are free of charge at your disposal at the apartment.

There are also kitchen towels and table cloth at the apartment.

There is a washing machine at the apartment. The regular program is at 40 degrees and it takes 1:20.

There is a dishwasher. The regular, everyday program is the "nr. 3".  It takes 60 minutes.

There is a fridge and freezer combination available. The optimal temperature you can set to 4 degrees.

There is an oven at the apartment, you can bake pizza or similar easily.

There is a microwave, toaster and kettle for use.

BBQ: it is prohibited to use a barbecue on the terrace because of disturbance to the neighbours and safety reasons.

There are two types of coffee machines at the apartment. There is an electric filter coffee machine and a Nespresso capsules machine. Both filter coffee and coffee cups can be bought at any local supermarket.

Sun umbrellas are NOT available at the apartment. The reason is that the living room terrace is very windy. Sun umbrellas not only break easily but also could potentially injure others if they fly away and land in the pool area or on the street. They are very dangerous.

You can have a nice breakfast on the living room terrace without an umbrella, it is fresh and in the shade in the morning  hours and also the period around sunset is very comfortable without sun umbrellas on the terrace.

However, if you wish, you can buy a small beach umbrella in the supermarket and use it at your own responsibility.

The swimming pool is open from sunrise until sunset. There are rules to use the pool, they are written in the pool area.

Importnat: please, don't bring glasses or bottles to the pool area. You can find plastic glasses in one of the boxes in the kitchen marked "pool". Please, use canned beer or beverages, not glass bottles. Thank you!
