For the details about how to receive the keys, please contact us privately via WhatsApp and mention your name and booking number. Thank you!

The caretaker of the villa, Mrs. Isilda will visit you on the day of your arrival or the next morning to collect the €300 breakage deposit in cash. You will receive it back by the departure.

• pool towels / towels for the beach

• This villa is a self-catering accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, pans and pots, glasses, plates and cutlery to cook for the maximum number of persons staying in the villa. But the following are not provided.
• Toilet paper: by the arrival there is 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom available. We kindly ask our guests to buy their own supplies for the rest of the week.
• Paper towels & napkins: there are 1-2 textile tea towels available. Paper towels and napkins are not provided. 
• Olive oil, spices, coffee & tea: are not available, we kindly ask our guests to buy their own supplies.
• BBQ charcoal and lighter: there is no charcoal for the BBQ available at the villa. We kindly ask our guests to buy these self at the supermarket.

• Swimming pool - The poolman attends the pool 1 time a week, usually on Friday. In case you have any problem with the water quality, please contact us at +31 639 639 693.
• Garden - the gardener attends to the garden a few times a week (depending on the draught) to water the plants. He or she usually goes in the early morning and only accesses the garden. He or she has no acces to the rest of the premises. The guests are not bothered and can have their full privacy.
• Close the villa - When you leave the villa, please close all doors and shutters carefully. 
• The holiday villa owner does not allow pets. If upon arrival or during the stay it is verified that the renter brought pet(s), then the pet(s) will be denied access or need to vacate the accommodation immediately and the renter can receive a fine up until the full amount of the breakage deposit. 

• Please, do not leave the sun umbrellas unattended. Always close them when you leave the pool area. On the Algarve a sudden strong wind can come unexpectedly and the umbrella can break very easily. 
• We kindly remind you that the use of the sun umbrellas are your own responsibility.  Sun umbrellas are inspected before every arrival and departure of the guests. In case a sun umbrella gets damaged during your stay, we will have to deduct the costs from your breakage deposit. However, you will receive an invoice of the replacement and you will be able to refund it by your travel insurance (if you have an insurance). Thank you for your kind understanding!

• Please, bring out the garbage bags daily and deposit them into the underground garbage containers on the street. They are located ca. 50 meters to right when you come out of the villa, across the street from the villa, by the tall palm tree. They are metallic bins under the ground, you only can see the upper part where you can throw in the garbage bags.

The energy costs are included in the rental price and are calculated for a regular consumption, that is an amount enough for the max. number of people occupying the property for a week.
Use the energy responsibly. Only use the air-conditioning with the doors & windows closed! By unresponsible electricity use (air-conditioning with open doors & windows) or water use, the accommodation provider has the right to charge for the excess use. The amount above the regular consumption can be charged to the renter and can be deducted from the breakage deposit. 

• The pool is open from sunrise until sunset.
• Please, respect the night hours and the neighbour's rest between 22:00 - 08:00. Do not make any loud noise and do not play music on the terraces and by the pool.
• In and around the pool please only use plastic glasses or canned beverages, no crystal glasses or glass bottles.

This holiday villa is equipped with all the following safety features: 

• fire extinguisher, fire blanket, first-aid kit
• safe - kindly requests the guests to use the safe provided in the holiday villa for valuables (for ex. cash, jewellery, personal documents...). 
• The guests are fully responsible for closing the accommodation properly.

On the day of departure we kindly ask you to do the following:

• Inside the villa – put back all furniture to their original place as by the arrival
• Dishwasher - turn on the dishwasher with your last dishes before you leave
• Fridge - empty the fridge 
• Garbage - bring all garbage to the containers on the street

On the day of departure you are kindly asked to leave the villa by 10:00.
The caretaker of the villa, Mrs. Isilda will meet you to control the villa, collect the keys and return your breakage deposit. By the arrival, please, make an appointment with Mrs. Isilda for the check-out.
